Offering an uncensored window into LGBTQ+ lives from the 1970s onward, the film follows the scrappy cartoonists as they navigate the AIDS crisis, workplace discrimination, and the everyday pursuits of love, community, and a good haircut. Their work and personal stories are sure to make you laugh, as well as appreciate how they helped to pioneer a queer comics underground against all odds. Featuring renowned queer artists Alison Bechdel, Jennifer Camper, Howard Cruse, Rupert Kinnard, and Mary Wings.
In-person tickets include a Q&A with featured artist Jennifer Camper, moderated by editor/cartoonist Hazel Newlevant
