But between the catching up, skinny-dipping, and Meryl Streep karaoke, old flames and new secrets start to come out. This shakes up not only the dynamic of the friend group, but John Michael’s future as well.
Shot on location with remarkable intimacy by director Gary Jaffe in his feature debut and featuring an eclectic ensemble whose chemistry spills out of the screen (Michael Hsu Rosen, Nico Greetham, Jared Reinfeldt, and Robin de Jesús), BEFORE I DO embodies all the thrills of travelling with the people you love most.
