Compelled by the last memories of his boyfriend, a heartbroken Elias fulfills a promise to embark on the road trip they planned before his unexpected death in this mesmerizing mindscape of a film. Against the striking desert backdrop of Chile, Elias travels from the Northern Atacama Desert through Patagonia, down to the “end of the world,” encountering interesting characters and reflecting on a lost love. Chance meetings with fellow travelers along the way gradually heal him, ultimately leading to a profound catharsis.
