Box Offices at festival venues open one hour prior to the first screening of the day and close 15 minutes following the start of the last screening of the day. WILL CALL tickets can be picked up at any box office location with a valid photo ID.

HOW TO RUSH AT NEWFEST! For events where there are no longer advanced tickets available for purchase – we highly encourage guests to make use of our successful Rush Sales policy. Rush Sales Lines will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time. Admission will begin approximately 5 minutes before the event start time based on availability. Admission is not guaranteed. Rush Sales are limited to one (1) ticket per person. We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit card and applicable vouchers.

ADMISSION & SALES POLICIES · To guarantee admission all pass and ticket holders must be present in line at the venue at 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. FESTIVAL GUIDELINES & THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW · Content may not be suitable for all ages. Children under the age of six (6) years old are not permitted at any festival event. · Saving space in line, or seats within the theater for other guests is not permitted. · Any and all audio or video recording and/or photography is strictly prohibited at the event. · Please refrain from bringing in outside food and drinks at any festival venue. · The festival reserves the right to refuse service and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment of any kind. The festival is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment for its staff and guests. (If you are found in violation of this policy, you will be asked to leave and not return. You will not be issued a refund.) · By attending any NewFest screening or event you give NewFest permission to use your image or likeness for any for marketing and promotional purposes, both digital and print.
